Ingredients
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
- 5 kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp pepitas, or sunflower seeds
Instructions
