Ingredients
Taco Nut Meat
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tbsp tamari, or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1/4 white onion, diced
- 6 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup romain lettuce, shredded
- hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Warm corn tortillas, then top with romain lettuce and taco meat. Top with diced onions, cilantro, avocado and lime juice.
