This delicious guacamole packs a punch with added protein from Silken Soy. Smooth texture with chunks of tomato and onion, this is perfect for topping toast or any of your Mexican meals!

Ingredients
- 7 oz Silken Tofu
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 6 grape tomatoes
- 1 sprig cilantro, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except onion and tomato to a food processor and mix until texture is smooth.
- Add onions and tomatoes and pulse a few times, until tomatoes are diced and onion pieces are small.
- Top with more fresh cilantro and serve.
