Ingredients
- 2 c Golden flax meal
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T monkfruit sweetener
- 5 whisked eggs
- 1/2 c water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Mix dry + wet
ingredients and let sit for 3 min.
3. Pour into bread pan (9x13) Bake for 20 min at 350
degrees.
