Easy Vegan Alfredo Sauce
You will love this smooth and creamy vegan alfredo sauce. Perfect for topping pasta, drizzling over veggies, or even as a cheesy dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup raw cashew, soaked
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 cup water, warm
- 1/2 tsp himilayan salt, more to taste as needed
Instructions
- Place cashews in a small bowl and cover with very warm, not boiling, water. Let soak for 10 minutes. Drain water before using.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid as needed for desired consistency.
- Taste and add more salt, pepper or spices as needed.
