Creamy Butter Bean Hummus
This super smooth, creamy butter bean hummus is perfect on its own for snacking, or add to salads and sandwiches for added flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 15oz can butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more to taste
- 3 TBSP tahini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the butter beans, half the olive oil, tahini, and garlic with half the lemon juice in a food processor and process to a smooth paste.
- Slowly add in the rest of the oil until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Stir in the nutritional yeast, then add more lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Store leftover hummus in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
