Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Truffles
These tasty sweet chocolate peanut butter truffle bites are the perfect snack to fulfil your sweet tooth and get a boost of protein.

Ingredients
- 50 g chocolate protein powder, plant based
- 30 g raw cacao powder
- 50 g all natural peanut butter
- 5 g coconut flour
- 175 ml plant milk, more as needed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor, starting with the lower amount of plant milk. Process on high until all the mixture comes together to form a dough - you might need to add more milk if it's still crumbly.
- Scoop the dough out onto a piece of parchment paper and form it into either 10 balls. Place the protein balls in the fridge or freezer to set, approximately 30 minutes
- Store these in either the fridge for 5 days or freezer for up to 3 months
