These super easy, soft, chewy chocolate chip peanut butter banana cookies are the perfect mix of protein, healthy carbs and pure sweet indulgence.

Ingredients
- 3 bananas, ripe, mashed
- 1.5 cup gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips, vegan, dark chocolate small morsels
- 1/3 cup PB2
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash the bananas and then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Spoon the batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Slightly press down the top of the cookies, but not smooshing them completely.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Maple syrup is optional. Add if you want a sweeter cookie or omit for a more banana flavored cookie.
