Ingredients
- 14 oz Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 dash cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
Instructions
- If making your own vegan mayo, mix the ingredients together until smooth.
- Add all ingredients for tuna salad plus the mayo to a food processor or blender.
