Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 6 grape tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup verde salsa
- 1/8 cup cilantro, fresh
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the canned chickpeas, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, salsa and fresh cilantro.
- Gently stir in the avocados, season with salt and pepper to taste.
