Blueberry Overnight Oats
This is a super easy but delicious meal you can make the night before, so that it is ready to grab and go on your way out the door in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, (if not using protein powder, add 2 tsp maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut, optional
- 1 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- In a 16-ounce jar, combine oats, protein, milk and vanilla
- Cover and let chill in the refrigerator overnight
- In the morning, top with blueberries, coconut flakes and a
- drizzle of tahini.
