Banana Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1.5 inch vanilla bean pod, or vanilla extract
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 4 bananas, fresh
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- Scrape the sides of the vanilla bean pod and place them in the blender, or if using vanilla extract, add that to the blender.
- Place the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
