Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1.5 cup Tomato, diced
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/8 cup jalapeño, minced
- sea salt
- cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
- Halve the avocados adn remove the pits.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Scoop the salsa into the center of each avocado half and serve.
