Apricot Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots, sulfur free
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press the mixture into a large, at rectangle about half an inch thick. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store the bars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
