- 8 oz almond milk, or any plant based milk
- 1 dash vanilla extract, alcohol free
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger, dried
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 medjool date
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend. Add more milk as needed for desired consistency.
